how hard would it be to put my battery in the back wheel well of my 1990 hatch? would it be worth all the effort cause iam dyin for space and i wanted to know, how does a kill switch work? ive always wanted one

This would be very simple it would just take some time and patience to do it right. Just run the wiring to the back for the positive and then make very good grounding points (consider maybe a grounding kit like the one below but get it off ebay for real cheap). If you want a kill switch all it does is disconnect the battery and there is also one you need a key to reconnect so it would be like a really cheesy security system....

I don't think it would be cheesy... I think it would be awesome.

If someones trying to jack your car, and theres no battery voltage, how are they going to start it?? Especially if they don't know about the hidden switch.

That would get annoying as hell if you have a stereo though, then you'd have to reset everything everytime you unplug the battery.

Run the stereo directly to the battery...other side of the kill switch....stereo always has power that way
