battery relocation nnnnnnnnnnnnn noise

hey guys, i have a problem and im very upset, i feel like giving up on this project, let me tell you my situation.I relocated the battery to the truck right but now is got a nnnnnnnnnn noise and is the wire to the starter but not the power wire, the one right next to it, is a black clip, i dont know what is for, i tried diffent thigs and will not stop, it keeps draining my battery its been 3 red top optimas im in the 4 one, if somebody had this problem let me know.

The next one is that i order a gt28rs, so it sits in my house for 6 months and finally i get all the parts, front mount, new intake pipe, power fc and z32 maf, i get started and the car smokes really bad, i took apart and it was the oil return line was kinked, i order the t28 oil drain tube get it to work, and i ran new gaskets and everything, i get it started and there again, smokes, it idles funny, and my aem wideband does not read, i think it got dirty from the oil burning, i might need a new wideband sensor, is leaking water and to top it off still smoking, im fuking going crazy, my car is been sitting for over a year now, please please help me get it to work guys, i feel like selling it now, it's been 14k invested in the car and cant get it to work s13 vert. thanks so much to everyone who is able to help me and sorry about the long post.

hey guys i got the nnnnnnnnn noise fixed, it was the aem wideband that I install, i got the power from under the dash and thats what it was making the noise, no drain so more, but the turbo situation still there, could the turbo seal gone bad, brand new turbo, only ran couple of times with smoke, it only ran but i didn't drive it.

Can you describe the smoke, color, smell, thickness, at what throttle?

burning oil, blue smoke.

Is this a stock ka the turbo is on? Is it possible that a piston ring is blown?
