I checked all the fuses and came out good, I also put in a new alternator. I recently did a Zenki to Kouki front end swap. I had to cut and splice the light plugs because the zenkis origial plug did not fit in the kouki headlight. Could that be the problem? Could the car alarm also be the problem ?

You need to test for a draw on the battery when the car is not running. Even a small short or light on like the glove box, trunk or hood light can kill the battery. Best way is to turn everything off and shut the doors and then remove the negative cable from the battery, If you see a small spark when you do this you do indeed have a draw on the battery, Next step is to find it .

have you taken the battery to get tested? you might have a bad cell and is not accepting the charge.
