Hi, new member to this site but a long time reader. Long story short for my 300zx TT Z32. I had bought the car with everything working. 2 weeks later battery light turns on original boost gauge stops working and lights light turns on. So i changed battery, and alternator. This changed absolutely nothing unfortunately, and i have checked the eng con fuse and it isnt blown. Weird thing is, it started getting cold outside and the original boost gauge started working, battery light off, lights light off, weird high idle and ALOT more power. But after a longtime driving the car, there is a weird buzzing noise coming from the dash and there comes the battery light, lights light, boost gauge not working, loss of power and normal idle.
Ive given as much detail as possible, and desperately need help. I just want my baby to run powerful before the snow comes. Any help will be much appreciated, thank you.

Anthony

Welcome to Nico! These gauge clusters do run into issues after this many years. The increase in power is the cold... Turbos Love it when it gets cold!!!!!

I would check around for someone local with a gauge cluster you can borrow to test. Put it in and see if the issues go away.

Yes sir, its time for some reading and troubleshooting.. start here: everything-you-need-to-know-about-the-z32-t508376.html

I would suggest pulling ecu codes first.
