battery light and e brake light

hey i was driving home today in the rain and my battery and brake light on my Dash started flashing at the same time every once and a while. does anyone know what this means? i have a sr20 black top swap and a 1990 240sx if that helps any

sounds like a case of a bad ground. Go check your wiring. Every "problem" I have ever had with my swap has been the most retarded stuff, always an easy fix.

its electrical obviously, check all the connections by the ecu that had to be modded and the harness that goes into the cluster

Battery and brake light together...99.999% its an alternator problem. Check output voltage. The 2 lights share an common ground.

make sure your brake fluid it past the sensor in teh resevoir?

that will make the brake light go on and off...

Yup, check grounds and alternator output. Watch for your battery light to go on every now and then also if it is the alternator.
