Does anyone else have or did have problems with the car being dead overnight? Have replaced several batteries and it is not the altinator. There must be a drain somewhere and mechanic said it would be next to impossible to trace without a lot of luck. Just wondered if anyone else has had this type of problem. As example, car was dead three times this week from just sitting overnight. Hope someone can offer some assistance. Thanks

Try disconnecting a battery terminal, and touching it to the battery (off and on), and see if you (or someone else around the car) can hear anything clicking on and off.

...in the mean time, they sell small trickle chargers that you can just leave hooked up to the battery and plug in overnight if you are worried about missing work or something. I got mine at a local carquest shop for about $20.
