Does anyone know if the M37x and G37x can use the same battery? My M37x 2011 has a dead battery and AAA does not have a battery listed for the M37x but they have one for the G37x. Dealer says its ok but I want an second opinion.

Car: 2011 M56x but I spend a lot of time on my 2015 Kawasaki Vulcan S. Former owner of a 2007 M35x. Also take care of my wife's 2016 QX60.

I don't see why not. Similar electronics, engine size, etc.
