Battery Cables or Terminals

My negative battery terminals are badly corroded. Has anyone ever replaced the terminals?
Should I just replace the harness? How hard is it to replace the battery cable harness?

Replace the terminals. Way easier. Just chop of the negative terminal. Get the new terminal from autozone, put the wire in it, tighten it. If your whole cable is corroded, then you need to replace the hole thing. I will send you a pic of mine if you want to.
