I believe the fuel pressure with the engine at normal temp and at idle with the vacuum line off the regulator should be 43 psi and with the vacuum line on it should be 36 psi.

Stock oil capacity is 3.5L

The rail should be pressurized to 43.4psi

Is it true you need an adj Fuel Pressure Regulator on a stock setup if you upgrade to a walbro fuel pump?

I have the Walbro 255lph without a FPR but it runs very rich. The air/fuel gauge is pretty much always to the rich side and without a cat you can see the black residue on the bumper. I'm going to be putting on a FPR in the spring def. but its not necessary.

I am having a weird issue, fully drained with a new filter I put 3 qts of oil in my s13 sr, and the dipstick shows it overfilled, passed the H level all the way to the top notch of the dip stick. I drained about 1 qt and it still goes to the top notch. Anyone else have this problem?

Did you wipe your dipstick? Bad idea to have drained a quart thinking your dipstick was overfilled. If you dont know how much oil you have for sure, you should drain it with your oil filter and either replace it again with new oil and filter unless you just recently did it.

Yea I wiped the dipstick and checked it many times. When I drained it, I just did a little at a time and checked each time. After 5 times I noticed I had drained about a qt. I will end up draining and refilling my oil, but i know the dipstick is just going to show that its over filled again. I guess i can fill it up and check after every quart, but since the capacity is 3 1/8 qts, I don't' feel comfortable filling it with less then 3 qts.

Check your pan for any dents. But if you know you put 3 qts than you put 3qts. Better than thinking your overfilled and releasing 1 qt.

When I do my oil, I put about 5 qts because I have a greddy oil pan.

I start up the car for few minuets and shut it down and let it sit for 5 mins or so then I check the level again.

The oil pan is a new OEM unit. I will just change my oil and order a new dipstick...hopefully that takes care of it.

What is this above the pressure sensor plug? I unbolted the bolt and found a spring underneath. I was wondering if I could bolt my oil temp sensor on there since it fits. Also, whats the hex bolt that goes into the block for? Both circled.

Sorry to thread jack but didnt want to make a thread on it. Hope everything goes well with your sr.
