Along with my parents help I recently bought a 2010 black altima coupe 2.5. I am very excited with the car and I am new to the car modification world. It is my first REAL car, as i upgraded from a beat down Suzuki 4 door. I have some questions about the car and modifications that I have been researching:

1. I want to get some HID lights with a pure white color, maybe a hint of blue. Do I need to buy a HID kit? HID bulbs? I am not sure what specifically I need only to have HID headlights, also I don't know if I need projector HIDs? Im not even sure I know what those are. And with no automotive experience can I install it myself? I've read some places that all you need are some new bulbs but Im not sure what applies to me.

2. I like the look of the Stillen front fascia body kit along with some of the side skirts. Are those easy to install as well and if you can tell me where to find it cheap already painted to match my black car.

3. Like I said, I have no automotive experience so please bear with me. I defiantly want some new rims I really like all black with a red pinstripe around the edge. I am not sure how to find the right size wheels and I am confused with all of the measurement specifications. I am unfamiliar with wheel spacers and stuff like that, I would like to just be able to directly put on a new set of tires and rims.

4. I would like to buy some cool headlights I LOVE the r8 style but I know a lot of people have them. Do those little LED strips really work that good?

I love my altima very much and I am excited to join the club, and please remember I have no experience with cars.

LOL you sound like me back then. HIDs and audi lights and the body kit.
So for HIDs you can buy some from DDM tuning and it sounds like you want 6000k HIDs. Idk whether you want 35W or 55W but ill leave that up to you.
For the stillen body kit, it is recommended that you take it to a body shop to get it fitted/molded and painted.

For rims, I can hook you up with some 5:AD rims. You can check out the lineup at http://www.jpmotor.net/ and my car is in the gallery section.

I had LED strips under my headlights that I got from oznium so that it looks like the audi style leds. It looked nice, but I recently took it off because it started to look too ricey and cheesy.

Lol like I said no experience. Some of those rims are sickkk! I really like the s6:f. I thing the gunmetal or bronze would be ballin' on my black car.
On the HID website under checkout there is a list of extra cables, some harness thing, and an error eliminator. Are any of these necessary or even worth the money? and is the 55W bulbs a better choice for the money?

do not even bother with the extra harnesses, cables, or error eliminators, you don't need them. Also, stick with 35W, 55W are nice and all but they're blinding to other drivers. the led strips are cool, but in terms of functionality i would expect to get a minimal amount of light from them.
