This was with stock boost, stock IC, 3" dp, stock cat and 2.75" exhaust. S14 turbo is on the way, and I should have FMIC within two weeks. Wish me luck, you guys!!!

Any comments, suggestions??

thats a fairly healthy motor I'd say... with 15% drivetrain loss you're right around the 175 mark a stock CA should have:)

my dyno graph looks completely different. close to the same numbers, 150.97 hp and 162.84 tq, but the power curve had none of the little jagged things. the torque never dropped off, it hit at about 4200 and held steady until i shut her down at 7k. i expect differences in the graphs of different engines, but mine is just radically different. but then again, my car is far from your usual near-stock CA. gotta love it though.

i can send you a copy of the graph. the mods, to some extent, are in my sig. currently, the fmic and swat ecu are not in. ive got to edit that profile sometime. give me your email address and ill send it to you. if you dont have it, youll need to download the run viewer from the dynojet website so you can view it. its got all the air/fuel curves and such too.

how so? i dont see any problem with the figures, as thats what mine made....with the planet's richest air/fuel ratio...

youll get a kick out of it when you see it, it drops like a rock. it's so...well, its just hilarious. gotta see what i make with it fixed.

I think he was suprised to see that it put down more torque than HP, as was I. I wasn't expecting that.

looks alot like my dyno graph

mine is smoother though and only a 145 hp and 150 tq

thats at a boost spike to 14 then settleing down to 12psi

but i later found out i had a badly damaged combustion chamber from detination that i had b4 the haltech was put on. i also prolly had bad rings that leaked compression

ya when i had the head rebuilt they had to weld around the perimeter of the CC on the head because it was eaten away, then grind it back to specs.

it was det. when i was trying to get the JWt ecu to wrok but couldnt so i had a stock ca16de ecu running the deal, and a bad turbo spittin oil into the engine.

They welded my head, but it still lost compression so that's when I purchased the engine you have right now. I was going to use that motor to build my racing engine, but since it wasn't dead, I chose to hope to sell it or install it in a car and sell it. The CA18DET in my girl's white sentra was installed on 9/8/01 and is still running hard at 15psi daily and recently (while the car is damaged) 25psi in which the thing is considerably fast and very well tuned because it didn't break up.

15 percencent loss through drive train eh, that would make 190 at the crank. I75 at crank would be 148hp at wheels. But I beleave there is more like 25% percent loss at wheels. Stock ka's dyno at 125 - 130 and there rated at 160. That hella good for stock boost

151 hp at the wheels with a 15% [a little low] loss is 177 flywheel horses.
