I'm in proces of finsing my kat setup.. was having issue but semi-resolved.Had a faulty alternator, then a loose fuse causing major issues..

Now base timing.. couldn't find it again in the fsm..will later tonight after work. Warm up car...turn off car, unplug tps connectors, set idle to 700 or lower via IACV screw. I got it under the 750 mark maybe 700 about with screw set it to 20degrees which it was. Now when I unplugged the tps/adjusted screw my wideband shot up into the low 20s.. If this normal..should I raise the idle back a little or re-calibrate the wideband.Running a enthalpy ecu 550cc, z32 mafhttp://home.comcast.net/~kfl007/rpm.jpg

doing it the manual way like that is so barbaric I can't believe I used to do it. Do yourself a favor and buy a consult board or any scan tool like the Apexi one. I myself have a consult board and wen its plugged into a laptop, its the best.
