Base model 2009 Altima Sedan factory pre-wire, come with or not?

I had looking for pre-wire foglight and found no wire anywhere behind the bumper. Doe anyone know if the foglight wire is already wire on base model or likely not? Is it possible to buy foglight wire and it be plug and play wire? Thank you

search button. but, the other site has a nice picture that shows you where to look in the fusebox.
