Base Audio 2009 M35x
I have a non Bose base audio. I have 4 speakers and 2 tweeters. I just installed BT-45 for bluetooth audio but the sound quality from my speakers is really bad. Has anyone changed these speakers out and got better sounds quality?

Yeah I think there are a few threads floating around of people upgrading their systems. Might be in the Y51 forum. Shouldn't be too bad as you don't have Bose and their amp/ohm issues.

The way your post is worded seems like your issue with quality of audio happened only after your upgrade...hence your issue is not your speakers. (Although these speakers are crap). Note, if you are looking for "premium" audio, your first wrong turn is doing it through bluetooth, on top of the fact that mp3 (assuming you're using mp3) cuts audio depth and quality the smaller the file gets...you'll notice less base, brittle mid range, slightly muffled high end. I would look at what you are using first since it seems your issue is recent.
