If you take it to the right place, it'll be cheap. I got a local hose shop to make up a new P/S hose using the stock banjo fitting. He cut the banjo fitting off, drilled out the old hard line, brazed in a new hard line stub with an AN-6 fitting on it, and brazed another AN-6 fitting on the other end where the P/S pressure switch is located, all the while cursing the Japanese and their vehicles, the metric system, etc. Then he made up an AN-6 hose with swivel connectors to run from the PS pump (the banjo fitting) down to the PS rack (at the switch).
.... but he did a great job and it all cost under $15. Yes, $15, including the hose. He just charged me for the parts, with no charge for the brazing, cutting, etc.
I'm sure they could do the same thing with your turbo banjo fitting if you could find a shop to do it.
