Bandwidth! ALL READ!

As some of you may have noticed (our site exceeded its limits twice in 2 days) we are so active right now, we are exceeding our alotments.So I ask PLEASE take out any bandwidth robbing pictures, especially large ones you have in your signature.

At least until such time as we get a larger bandwidth allotment.I will find out for everyone when this no longer becomes an issue.

Aren’t there multiple factors that go into factoring how much bandwidth a server uses? I am sure that pictures are one of them, but the sheer traffic that a server has to deal with (incoming requests and outgoing requests) is a factor as well. Anyone have any statistics on this?

Have you guys thought of taking out the frames. Not as convienent but i think that it would reduce bandwidth consuption (1 page instead of 3)

yeah it came out an now im doing a swap.... but ive had the 240 for years an wanted to swap it then but was a broke mutha ive been over in the 240sx fourm recruitng Ca18det people since over there they ask a simple question and no one has correct info to give an get them all confused, then when i claim they are spreading disinformation they fame on my even though they dont have a clue.. some Newbs deserve a shot.. i mean im not all that educated still an i get flamed every once in a while but i learns alot here
