Ballerbolts lack of communication

I have ordered from ballerbolts before and it has taken a little time for things to be shipped but i was warned. I recently ordered eight fasteners and have waited 1 month and 16 days and have heard nothing from anybody at ballerbolts no returned emails or phone does this happen often???

Yeah i have read that, I thought the customers satisfaction was the highest on the list for a business?
Wrong i guess, well i will simply not buy from these guys again problem solved but the headache is just a unnecessary.
