Ballast Went out on 02 Q45...Do I have to remove the bumper?

Hello I have a 02 Q45 and the front passenger headlight is out... I took every clip and screw out that I could find and the bumper still wont come off? any suggestions? Also do I have to take the bumper off to get the headlight off or is there an easier way? Any help is appreciated! :confused:

You have to remove the bumper, grille and plastic pieces. The OEM ballast are mounted under the light.
That's a good 1 hour labor.
