Ballast Replacement options

Has anyone used aftermarket ballasts to replace the OEM QX4 model?
Given the rarity of these, do we stick to ebay to find replacements or is there an aftermarket model?

You'll luck out occasionally on eBay with being to able to find a used one with longer warranty. I would stick to used OEM vs. unknown aftermarket.

Also keep in mind, that they changed the design of the ballast for 2002-03. Ask me how I know :mad: :tisk:
The ballast for the 00-01 does NOT interchange into the 02-03.
