Ok i bought a set of used coilovers and they come with the front camber plates and ball pillow mounts all around. The handling is nutz but they seem to be making a lot of noise. I think it might be the ball pillow mounts, but im not too sure. The noise is like metal knocking against each other. Does anyone have any idea what the noise could be??

Thanks

Which model are they, and do you have at least enough spring preload to keep the spring seated? Also, when you put in a stiff suspension, all of a sudden every slightly loose steering and or suspension component are subject to jarring. Maybe you have another problem? Spend some time under the car looking for the obvious problems. Bearings, worn TRE, TC rod bushings, etc..

Check the 3 bolts on the strut tower.

Check the big nut at the top of the shock.

Check the spring preload.... but check the top two first.

Ill make sure to check all of that and spend some time under the car. The two front ones are cusco zero1's, they have no problem, but the back ones are no name and their pink, I dont know if that helps, but their the ones with the klack klack noise, but ill let you guys know whats going on. Thanks again.
