I'm living in West Africa and the roads are rough there.
I have to change my ball joint every year or 18 months at best.
I'm using Moog ball joint but looks like they are not stronger than others.
Do you know any brand who are manufacturing very strong and durable ball joint please?

The original Nissan ball joints are going to be your best choice. The best pricing I have seen comes from PartsNext.com in the UAE. The part numbers to look for are 40160-0W025, which was replaced by D0160-0W025. Either one is correct for your '04 Pathfinder.

Parts like Moog and others made in China lack consistent quality control or even supplier sources so it's too often that parts from China are referred to by the same name of their ancient ships, junk. Sometimes you may get a good quality part but more often you do not.
