I am home on leave and I have been trying to track down a decent motor for my pignose. I got a call from my step-dad a week ago and he said that he found a guy that was selling his KA for $250. I was like cool. So I had him call him to see what kind and what condition. I get a call back and the one for $250 was a 95', complete, ready to drop in and less than 100K miles. Then he said that he had a second 95' KA minus valve cover, oil-pan, and accessories for $100. I was like He!! yea, I want both. How much luckier could I get. I then get a call from my buddy who has a 93' 240sx. He said he wanted to sell it to me. Interior is perfect. 2 dents in the body(very fixable) and the motor runs pretty good. He said he would sell it to me for $800. I now have 3 KA's at my disposal for a KA-T. Finally I think the tide is going in my favor. My car is completely gutted, but the exterior is pretty much dent free. I think I am going to fix my new 240 with the quarter panels on my car and sell the old shell to some high school kid after F&F3 comes out...lol.

(e-mail me [email protected] if you can really sell me 1 or something, am quite desperate for 1 as i need the car running by next wk, there's none @ the local junkyard here)

I have no horsepower goals, other than as much as I can possibly get on pump gas. The only real goal I have, is to be able to atleast hang with the new Z06.

Do we know this guy ^? Do we go to his website and knock his game? We are all Ka-t by choice, we know the risks, and we don't need naysayer noobs coming in from the outside to bag what we do. If you want to talk like that go to the SR or RB forums, and talk about how stupid we are there, but don't bother us!

I believe the only sponsor for this forum (KA-T) is IAP.

and in regards to the rb if you going to go that route you might as well do a toyota 2jz swap b/c its easier to make more hp out of the 2jz than the rb.

plus the rb kills the handling of the 240. i drove an s13 with an rb swap and it was cool in a straight line but it was sluggish when trying to turn. i would rather keep my handling and have less hp, but thats just me
