Balance of rotors after redrill

I was thinking about it today, and wouldn't redrilling the rotor throw the balance of it off? I know that they have to be perfectly balanced from the factory, just like a wheel does, and taking extra material from one side should in theroy throw the balance off right?

Would throwing the balance off cause any sort of vibrations, pulsations, etc?

I have Z32 26mm brakes up-front. I bought some of my hardware from HeavyThrottle and they re-drilled the z32 rotors to my 4 lug pattern (too poor for hubs dammit).

I don't have any balancing issues/vibrations/pulsations/ etc. I'll tell you what though, Z32 calipers and rotors are a big difference in weight vs. the 240's. So your unsprung wheel weight increases, but this can be remedied by running a lighter wheel. Or at least, you'll break even by running a lighter wheel.
