Welcome to NICO and the VIP Forum!

First of all, you are probably not going to find a "deal" on air, unless it's used. Second, if you want to get out cheap at all, then stick strictly to your normal scheduled maintenance on the Q. Even then, you could look to spend roughly $3K give or take, each year in maintenance.

If you come across something used that you like, go for it. I will say, from my own experience, nothing in this form is cheap. If it is, then it's probably "cheap". There are little to no "less expensive" options for whatever you're looking for. Most of the ones you may find that are, are frowned upon for the most part.

So, all that in mind, welcome, and feel free to search and ask whatever!

you could do the airforce susp but know that you would have to cut and weld the strut to your spindles. it is not just a simple plug and play. i havent heard much about the airforce susp but most people i know are either running the UAS or Airrunner. There are pros and cons to both. Def do a little research before jumping on any. There are also other options like the coilover/cup type. But i guess it just boils down to your preference. Hope that helps a little.

and i agree with Jltibbs VIP is def not a poor mans sport.LOL Nothing cheap about going VIP and def not cheap to maintain a Q!

Btw. Any bigger pix of your ride? What color is that? Are you in vegas?

universal air suspension. check em out. I mounted their bags over a set of nismo coilovers. Relatively simple little fabrication and good results.

the best bet for y33 suspension imo is first converting to s13/14 coilover suspension. you can add air (uas or cups) from there if you want.

uas over stock struts is another option but uas is best over coilovers. airrunner is a big money, low feature (but simple and reliable) option.

BTW.....^^ is right. the best way to deal with suspension for the q45 is to update to an s13/14 suspension. I did the conversion and used 14 coils. with UAS bags subbed in as the springs. Rides a little rough due to the coilover selection but I'm aight. Eventually I'll upgrade to some difference coilovers and soften up the ride. Even running this route I spent just over 2k. and I did all the work myself.
