badly gear oil smell when driving?? WTF?????

hey guys... I just got my gear oil changed... the guy put in elf 75w-80 GL4 gear oil in.... when driving, I can smell the gear oil very very bad.. >< any idea? any big difference between 75w-80 and 75w-90?

it might be the little black rubber cover on it...check by taking off the boot then another rubber boot that has 4 screws then you'll see it

ok... I just check with that guy, he puts in 75w-80 GL5.....is it ok for the trany or I stick with 75w-90 GL4

fxxk it, I just bought some Redline MT-90 and put it in myself... problem solved!! even though I can't really tell the difference for the shifting... but everything back to normal now... hahaha.. Redline is good ****!!but cost so much T_T
