I think if they were to put an S14 sub-frame under the S13 chassis and do something different with their engine setup/tune, they could break the 1 min mark pretty easily.
I think it might have to do with the way he 20G hits; Like a light switch. Definitely agree he needs to tweak his settings so he can put the power down earlier, maybe more toe-in and softer dampers in the rear.
