I was getting a low vibration that increased with speed, so I took the car in for an alignment and rotate and balance, hoping one those those would solve the issue. Unfortunately I've just been informed it's a wheel bearing on the front left. Anyone else have this issue? About 160k miles on the clock. Brand recommendations? I've never had to replace a bearing before, but my buddy said he'd help me out. 07 M35x. Thanks!

They are relatively cheap (comes as one assembly with the hub) and can be done in a couple of hours.

See the FAQ link in my sig for the HowTo on how to do it.
