bad vibrations

im getting a real bad vibration, enough to shake the whole car after i reach 25mph or higher. Ive checked the tires and they are fine. what could it be?

Car: 1990 Nissan 240SX fastback

driveshaft, out of balance wheel (probobly the wheel), start with those things to eliminate them, then you can go from there.
