FIXED!!!
I took a look at the vacuum lines in daylight, under the EGR valve I missed one. I could tell because the original shiny unplugged end reflected against my flashlight.

Also I needed a new throttle body gasket, I took a rag and started patting it down on the manifold to see if it plugged up the leak. Plugged up the throttle body leak and the idle shot straight to 1000rpm and it stopped running rich, and engine light went off.
For some reason I literally gained power and the car idles at 1500. IACV can fix the idle. But power gain..? I'm not questioning that, just enjoying it.
