Guys,

Whats the story with the Yoko DB2s. I just scored a new batch and they vibrate like hell and hum out the wazoo. Once they warm up a little they settle down a tiny bit-- but like, no way in hell are these things right.

Did I miss a post that these tires are now crapola?

I have used this tire for years and had no problems till now (save for they wear out like like crazy fast). Come to think of it...I did a set on the blue 94 last winter and had that vib problem that mysterisly dissapeared when it got hot out (and the tires began to wear). Hmmmm...if it looks like a duck...

So what is the current fav here in mid 06 for all season and aqua performance, plus a sporty ride? My goal is smooth and quiet with some firmness. I'll sac dry road performance.

Used the pre S2 for 26K on my 1995 t. They were pretty good, quiet, even wear. But they are not a Michelin.

Either compromise with the Exaltos, or start looking for a correct 18" wheel for the big buck PS2, which are amazing, as they should be.
