bad things going on

ok so i drive around all morning and stop to do some laundry. i get back in the car and start it up. all of a sudden my brake light and battery light come on. i keep hearing a clicking sound like a relay on crack under the dash. car seems to run fine and no brake issues at all. i need to do a bunch of driving tommorrow any help would be nice. im gonna try to find my volt meter and see if my alt is buggin out.

Battery and brake lights usually mean bad alternator.

The relay shouldn't be hard to narrow down, there are only a handful under there.
