when shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear, I get 50% of grinding. If I shift faster and at a higher RPM say 4k, it will have a lesser chance of grinding in 2nd gear. Sounds like syncro...

I also noticed that between shifting from 1st to 2nd, 2nd or 3rd or 3rd to 4th I get this feeling like how the clutch doesn't want to let go. When enough force is applied it goes to neutral and I can totally tell there was a grabing force for sure, and you hear a sound when that happens. Basically it feels like the clutch doesn't want to let go, or is not stepped all the way down. I looked at the clutch cylinder and the fluid is coming out.

What do you guys think?

If brake fluid is coming out of the clutch master cylinder, then it need to be replaced. Sounds like it's broken and leaking, thus not able to supply pressure to disengage the clutch. May want to check the slave cylinder too on the side of the transmission.

I wouldn't drive on it much either. It will go dry and you will not be able to shift at all.

not too hard, just need to get under the driver dash and unbolt the 2 bolts holding it to the clutch pedal, then take the rod off of the pedal, its connected by a cotter pin. then you just pull and its out
