my steering wheel is sticking and hard to move once i get up to speeds above 25 mph.I thought i was the tie rods so i changed them, checked the fluids and changed them, and aligned the tires, the steering rack doesnt leak so i dont think it is that. the car was wrecked on the passenger side it was run up over a curb. at low speeds under 20 mph the steering feels perfect, any ideas about what it could be.

Since this all started with a curb, why not recheck the suspension? Disconnect the outer tie rods from the hub and try to turn each by itself and feel if the hub is binding. Then try the rack by itself (without the engine running and see if that feels smooth. You may find the problem easier if you break it down.

turns out it was the rack, when the guy ran it over the curb he bent it slightly so when you turn it strains and is hard to turn
