If you are not going to or can't give any more information than what you have already given, pin pointing the issue is going to be relatively difficult.

Does the whole car shake or does the back right side shake? How do the tires look? Are there any odd looking bubbles?Have you checked to see if you need to replace any bushings? Did you or the previous owner up grade to stiffer engine/transmission mounts? Have you checked for a warped rotor?

Ok a lot of what is posted could be wrong but i have felt this before and it sounds like its your subframe bushings. Take a look at them. Might wana upgrade to some solid bushings. their like 60 bucks. Also take a look at your pinnapple bushings and see how those look. Anything, bushing wise, in the rear end or up front that looks like its cracked needs to be replaced.

A rotor would have to be pretty ****ed up for the whole car to shake like an earthquake and the only way a motor or transmission would do it is if you had absolute solid mounts which i doubt you do from what you described. Driveshaft is highly unlikely. Driveshaft wont really get ****ed up unless you are pusing some insane torque, or if your drifting and just totally demolish it. I have seen stock driveshafts hold up to around 500+ ft lbs of torque. hope this helps. good luck
