bad rings or pcv valve

hey guys ive search but cant find answer. I have a 92 240sx 200000 and i recently moved the timing to 25 and my car started burning oil (blue smoke). it does it when i take off and let off the gas but it did it at random times. could it be my valve seals or rings. i would think valve seal but it bairly smoke when im graben a** (taking high rpm). pulled plugs no burned oil on them please help
