bad radio reception and engine noise in speakers

ok here it goes i've had this really bad *** syetem in my car but i cant get it to play properly it used to play perfectly and now sssssssss is all i hear. ahhhhhhhh. i just put in a 7in tv with radio i put all new grounds in and i just hooked up the antenna plug in back but i still get static and when it does work i get engine noise in speakers:help

make sure your rca cables are plugged in all the way.
