bad radiator cap?

Shouldi hear some hissing/ sizzling and with a little crackle from radiator cap? I think i might need a new one. The gasket seems kinda cracked from places. You guys think this could cuase my car to over heat a little at stand. I bled the system, new radiator, new water pump, new hg with resurafaced head. I think this the last thing. I have wierd over heating issue.

If you hear it hissing you might wanna replace it. That means theres air entering the system so you bleeding it propely was almost pointless. But im not to smart. Sum1 else will chime in soon enough.

thats what me and my mechanic think. He was clueless on why it would rise after they bleed it like 5 times. Ill get a new one and see.
