I need some suggestions on what to do. My motor was recently rebuilt by someone who didn't know what they were doing. I didn't know this until after it was done... But the point is now it leaks a ton of oil. Seems like it's coming from the front main seal and is being thrown around(it has a new front main seal). But when I look under the car after being parked about 4 hours there is a softball sized oil spot on the ground under the passenger side of the motor. Oil is also leaking where the dipstick goes into the block. I heard that the egr delete can cause excessive oil pressure which would make the motor blow out all this oil? Possibly a pcv problem not venting the block enough? I have a catch can, but it's a simple one, no filter just a can with two hoses.

I really need some help figuring this out. I'm trying to sell the car... and I would like to fix as much as I can before it sells.

EGR doesn't have anything to do with oil pressure.

Is your pcv system done properly?
Some people block the stock system off or reroute them thinking they know better but that just causes excessive pressure in the block and causes leaks out of seals.

I didn't think that egr story sounded right.

And I will check over my pcv setup in the morning to make sure it's routed correctly.
Thank you for the suggestion.

The little pipe on your valve cover should have a hose going to the intake.

And on the upper intake manifold you should see a small "tree" of hoses that look like this:

That leads to the PCV valve:

on my intake manifold the open port you have is covered with a rubber nipple. Should I look to run it to the breather/separator thing on the block? (sorry for thread jack :))
