Well I just finished a plenum removal tonight. The only problem is is that when I lifted up the plenum there was a metal fuel line that was broken. I'm not sure what to do. I don't know if I can replace this part with ease or not. I will post pics of it later on.

I got it. It was the fuel rail. I have finished replacing the housing and I am going to put everything back together.

Yea, but I can't figure out how to put this one part back onto the plenum. I connected the hose to the back part of the engine, but now I can't seem to attach it to the bottom part of the plenum. I guess I will figure it out but it is becoming a pain.

It's cool. I got it. It's just a pain getting some of these clamps on. Hopefully everything goes in the right spot and my car is up and runing again soon.

Yeah R & R ing a upper plenum is a beotch. The coolant hoses to the throttle bodies are a pain. I have done it way too many times to count and hate every minute of it. It take 5 minutes to pull the upper plenum with the engine out but why does it have to take so long with the engine in???? Oh well, I hope you got all of your clamps tight. If you need any help email me at [email protected] and I can talk you through pretty much what ever problem.

Yea, I got everything together tonight but I am too tired to drive it. I let it run and it seems the be doing fine. Temp. is good (it's not over heatering anymore). The heat is working better now. I just hope all goes well. The next step in the process is to find a muffler.

Well it's just that the idiot that had this car before me put a different kind of exhaust system on it and put the stock mufflers back on it. The exhaust pipe that is near the tire is bent and needs to be replaces, but I can't use the hole stock muffler and pipe because it will not work with the system on my car. So I really don't know what to do about that.

if your not looking to do anything special and just want working exhaust, I suggest you find out who in your local area is recomended for quality exhaust replacement, shouldn't cost much for a basic job, of course mandrel bends and stainless mufflers can crive the cost up at a shop with the abuilty to do decent custom work

It's not finding someone to do thet job it is just find the muffler. I just need the muffler and not the pipe that comes with it, but the stock muffler isn't sold like that. So i guees I am going to have to spend the extra money of getting the pipe redone and then buying the muffler and putting it on.
