Bad Motor Mounts ?????? need help

I think i may have a bad Motor mount on my I30t , Whats the best way to check it out. I have been hearing a clunck sound when i shift from park to R or D.

I have raised the hood and while sitting in the driver seat held the brake and press the gas i did notice the engine seemed to move a bit, More then i thought it might.

I also have been haveing a vibration at high driving speeds, as well as i here a clucnk when i go over bumps / holes.

I check out the struts they are fine the strut bushings are good too. the sway bar bushings at the from look alittle worn , I will repladce them

My biggest concern is the Motor mounts

Any help will be greatly appricaited
