I got a 2007 Versa and love it to death. As of lately everytime I stop at the stop light, the steering wheel and the passenger side would vibrate even worse when the AC is turn on. In park the engine is smooth, no vibration; when driving it is also smooth. I've baby this car and do maintenance regularly. The engine is smooth as silk and the transmission shifts great. I know it is a motor mount issue but don't which one is bad. From what i've been researched it might be a hydraulic motor mount but not really sure.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance

Thanks for the reply. When you said it located east... do you mean it sit underneath the car?

Ok so i just did what you told me and I do noticed the engine is moving slightly more toward the firewall (i dont now if it's normal or not) but there is a light clicking sound accompanying the engine when it's moving back and forth. The clicking doesn't sound metallic but sound like something either hitting or rubbing against each other.

do you also get a drop in RPM when the compressor for your a/c kicks on and the vibration is really bad during that drop? I think I may be experiencing the same problem you have, but mine seems to only happen when the compressor kicks on.
