O.K. Lets start off by saying I searched and came up with a few things that i tried but didn't work.

Everything was fine. I was running 12 psi of boost and STEADY, no spike or creep. Then today i got on it a little and the boost shot up to 25 psi. I thought MAYBE the adj screw came loose so i got out and turned it all the way down, still 25 psi. went home and pulled off my WG to check it and it seems fine. Checked all my vac lines. Bad WG, or could it be the my MBC stoped working?

NO i didnt, no sure how the vac lines would go. do i still use the side port on the WG, or do i use the bottom one? The bottom one is for a EBC right? sorry stupid question. first turbo and im learning as i go.

your MBC works almost like a "switch" line to it, then line from it to your WG, remove the MBC, and the line that goes from it, then run your line that goes into the MBC straight to where your line that came off it went into on the WG, hope that helps.

Yeah pretty much, Just delete your MBC from your vaccum line to your wastegate, and try that out. what turbo are you using? you may boost creep off WG boost, but it should still hold you under 25psi for sho.

Im getting my boost source from the turbo outlet. But i fig it out. pulled the WG off and since i ordered a new Tial 38mm WG last night, i opened the WG up sure enough the rubber boot on the inside was busted. So there it is, that was my problem. Thanks for yalls help. never cut corners when buying turbo parts, I've learned my lesson!

What wastegate did you used?

I have a Tial knock off and it works wonderfully, I also have a friend thats owns a WRX, and from what I hear a lot of the WRX guys use them too and never had a problem.
