i clean my MAF sensor with a MAF cleaner and and trottle body with carb cleaner and since then the car drives really different, here are my symptoms on my car(90 Red top SR):

1. after the car has been sitting for a while (2 or hours) without being driven, i start and let it warm up, i go to take off and it feels like it were struggling to move and makes a puff puff noise from the side of the motor where the turbo is, at around 2-3k rpm. it stops feeling like that after about 5 min. of driving, it feels normal

2. after i been driving the car for awhile it feels like it is hesitating in any gear after 1st. kind of like im hauling something. again it is between 2-3k rpm that it seems to struggle.

its completely stock just a front mount upgarde, running stock psi.thanks in advance guys

You just recently upgraded to fmic? Check all your cuplings and make sure you don't have a boost leak. Not sure if these symptoms could be from a boost leak, but I would check it to make sure

no i have had the fmic for year now and never any problems. i've checked and rechecked the fmic piping and it holds boost fine doesn't break up when under load.

I'm not sure, but if a coil pack was going you would most likely be missfiring and it wouldn't matter what gear you were in or what speed you were going for it to occur.

Try replacing sprak plugs before you go replacing coil packs
