Bad luck with thermostats? or bigger cooling issues?

sounds like you have a hg leak man....sorry to tell you but i had the same problem..only thing you could try is pressure testing your radiator cap or just replacing it..

I never got mine to run with a thermostat, sadly, lol. My 240 has run for years without one after I couldn't get mine to quit being finicky. Runs fine though and never overheats..
