My Q does the same thing. If you car starts out smooth and then subsequently idles rough its because an injector or possibly two injectors (depending on how rough the idle is) are stuck open and are drenching the cylinder(s) with gas (my guess). In my case, I tried to use two used injectors that were cleaned by Deatchwerks. I put said injectors in and the car ran great for about five miles. Then the vibrations started. I could visually see the vibrations in the engine and said rig-job blew the seal on my water pump (I replaced the water pump). I tried to order two new injectors locally and only came up with one new one after waiting for two weeks. Frustrated from waiting, I had another used injector lying around and tried it with the new one. The result, a slight vibration after the car ran for about five miles. The vibration was not that bad, not as bad as having two leaking injectors, you could only feel it at idle, but it started to throw a check engine light. So, after the fifth time of doing the same two injectors, I bought mine brand new from Joe and I would not ever considering doing it any other way. I hope you know which one is doing it, since mine did ohm to spec and I NEVER would have found them unless I did the job myself. It would have been a terrible trial and error process trying to find which one was doing it. Unless there is another way you can tell an injector is bad. Is there another way? Deatchworks didn't tell me they were bad after a flow-test. Just venting, but it sounds like you got some bad gas and should bg44k and iso heet it.
