bad injector connectors

my stock injecter connecters were rusty up the a**, so i replaced them with some ones that i took off a car in pick n pull. it looks like a universal connecter, looks clean, had to shave the plastic lip of the top of the injecter a bit to make it fit but when i was done it wont start, i gess gas is not even geting in the injecters or some thing. i dont know what it would be. ima try looking for lose grounds, i found a blown fuse in car but i dont have fuse cover so dont know which one it would be so i just replaced it. what would it be??

Well the dealer ship dont have any clips for the 240 no more but he said i can use the 300zx injecter clips. So i got them and was wondering why the red cable is on the right and is biger. On my ka th red is on the left. Woulld it make a differenc? Will it work
