Hello all, I own a 91 240sx 5spd with 135k. My car has a bad shake when idling but not to bad in the higher RPMs. About every second or so the motor feels like it pauses/stops for a split second. Also the idle somtimes drops low when shifted into neutral and sometimes even stalls out. Mostly from hard accel to neutral is the only time it stalls out. If i press the gas slighly when the revs and droping it will not stall or idle low. I checked timing, MAF, Coolant temp sensor, ECU codes, Ground Wires, Plugs and tons of little others but nothing fixes the problem. I don't know what to do, any advice?

Sounds possibly like a fuel pressure regulator...

I checked my MAF with my Multi-Meter. Black wire was .01 V (I am going to splice another ground into it, Black and white wire was 12.4 V, and White was .3 with key on and 1.3 with engine on. I am starting to think it might be fuel related because somtimes on accel it will hesitate for a second then continue on.

i would go with nismo_freak on this the stumble on accel suggest low fuel pressure. make sure vaccum to it is good first. then with the car idleing pull it off idle should rise.
