Bad idle and sputter at WOT

I have a 93 240 with s13 blacktop that when I get to full boost it cuts out and makes this bubbling sound but boost doesn't drop... And if i stay on the throttle clears up a little bit after around 5k or so. Things ive checked and/or replaced...

ECU - Checked fault codes got a code 55
Spark plugs - replaced all 4
Coil packs - checked and replaced one
Fuel filter - replaced
Fuel injectors - checked
MAF - checked and cleaned

It idles bad runs good until around 3-4k only at WOT or close to it. If needed I can video tape it and post it tomorrow after work

Do a boost leak test and gap plugs to 28-30. And get back to us.

They are gapped at 32 is it really that much of a difference but we did a boost leak test and no leaks


Edit: I regapped all the plugs and nothing changed...

32 is good for lower boost. What's your fuel pressure at and how is your maf/intake setup
