bad idle after running hard

well here's my problem, whenever i drive the car hard(5k rpm) when i come to a stop the car will start idling bad, up to the point that it will stall sometimes, but when i drive the car normal(3k rpm or so) it will idle fine, this is all when the car is warmed up, when its cold it will run fine(cept the idle will be higher since its cold), what could it be? it runs fine and strong, cept it will not idle well sometimes whenever i run the engine hard, but it will idle fine if i run it normal.

btw when running hard the idle will bounce up and down 500-~900-1000 rpm(i gas it a bit before it goes down of 500 rpms and try to stall)

Sounds almost like your MAF is coming loose, possibly just due to the vibrations at higher RPMs. Go fiddle with the connector when the car is on and see if it idles any different.
