bad head gasket??

so i finally got my 240 running today...not as i was hoping. it runs pretty good, but as i was watching it run it appeared to me that exhaust mani for cyl 1 was collecting with fluid......raw fuel?????? or bad head gasket???? im stumped i didnt really smell anything...

im sorry but this is the best way i can describe it i didnt smell anything but something is obviously going on with it. bad injector/seal? bad head gasket? cracked head? anybody got a idea PLEASE post

is it running like its on 3 cylinders? have you checked your spark plug wires for spark on cylinder 1? could be a bad injecter too. are you loosing coolant?
